- 15 gr. sarsaparilla.
- 10 gr. birch bark.
- 10 gr. of ash leaves.
Once all herbs mixed boiled in 1 liter of water and medium until it is about 1 liter of water. Strain and distributes this drink in 6 parts which you take for 3 days, 2 times a day. This natural treatment can do for three weeks in a row, rest two weeks and repeat again.
The sarsaparilla like other herbal remedies, can complement the traditional treatment for high cholesterol, but you must make a special diet and regularly consult a doctor.
