Papas bravas to lower cholesterol
Potatoes are popular vegetables that can be of great use when it comes to lowering cholesterol. If you want to make a diet anti-cholesterol, you can prepare a special recipe with potatoes called potatoes bravas, a preparation with 0% cholesterol and 0% saturated fats.

Recipe Ingredients for anti-cholesterol patatas bravas
- 1 kilo of potatoes cut into quarters.
- 1 cup light broth.
- 1 large onion.
- 1 clove garlic, minced.
- 1 tomato chopped, peeled and seeded.
- 1 tablespoon of flour.
- ¼ cup water.
- 2 teaspoons paprika.
- 1 teaspoon chili powder.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation for anti-cholesterol Patatas bravas
- Place the onion, garlic and chopped tomatoes in a pan.
- Add the water and season with paprika, red pepper.
- Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Stir occasionally. Add and mix flour and cook for 3 minutes.
- Pour the broth and boil for 10 minutes.
- Put this mixture into a blender and blend. Salt & pepper.
- Besides cooking the potatoes in salted water until done.
- Once ready, serve them on a platter and top with the sauce.
